Welfare to Work Program (1). Profits from The Seer will be used to build job resource centers with proper teaching, food, toiletries, clothes, shoes, and housing. (a). Create a structured environment which provides addiction counsel, mental health and emotional support, biblical teaching and spiritual well being. (b). Allow students to use the job resource center address, for Driver License and other documents needed to establish a career. (c). Teach classes on how to fill out a job application, create a resume, conduct oneself in a job interview, become career minded and professional. (d). Establish a desire to be punctual, work hard, faithful, show respect to co-workers, managers, supervisors, and maintain composure in stressful situations. (e). Teach financial administration on how to pay bills, save money for emergencies and retirement. (2). Build relationships with trade schools and companies for job opportunities. (3). Provide transportation for medical needs, trade school and employment. (4). A large portion of the homeless and needy receive government funds, food and free medical care. It takes time and patience to change the government dependent mindset in a person to become responsible, hardworking, tax paying citizens.
